RULES AND REGULATIONS*

DEPOSITS

  • To hold a requested date, 50% of the hall rental must be paid in advance.
  • Cancellation fees apply (See contract).

 FINAL PAYMENTS

  • 60 days prior to your event, a refundable $800.00 security fee is required.

  • Final payments are due 30 days prior to the date of the event.

  • Full payment is due for bookings made less than 30 days prior to the event.

 FORM OF PAYMENT

  • We accept checks and most major credit cards.

  • Checks must be made payable to:

    Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc.
    or P.C.F.I.

 CATERERS

 BAR SERVICE

  • The Center has its own Liquor License; therefore, all bar services, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be purchased through our beverage department without exception.

  • Bar orders must be made and paid no later than 14 days prior to your event.

 OTHER OPTIONAL SERVICES AT ADDITIONAL COST

  • Complete sound system with 4 high quality standing and 2 wireless microphones.

  • Audio-Visual equipment also available upon request.

  • 2 Follow Spot Lights (Must provide own crew)

  • Uniformed Duty Police Officers.

  • Professional Valet Parking Service.

  • Service of an event coordinator.
